Tipi rental planning for any occasion can be stressful. Our goal at Lux Tipi is to educate, accommodate and streamline the Tipi rental process. When it comes to Tipi event planning, we understand there are usually multiple vendors involved. We work closely with every client to construct a feasible setup and teardown timeline. Our pricing transparency will ensure there are no hidden fees, and any additional expenses one might incur are clearly outlined in our Tipi rental agreement and are rarely assessed.

The versatility and mobility of our Tipis will allow assembly on virtually any indoor or outdoor surface. Giant Tipi tents require a significant amount of unobstructed space for setup and teardown. Covered by canvas!
Our large Tipis can be linked together to ensure any growing guest list is covered. Tipi sides can also be raised to expand the canvas covered area. If weather looks to become an issue or an enclosed environment is preferred, our Wall Flex system is a great option that will increase enclosed square footage. Our clear exterior Tipi walls are a great way to remain inside but still enjoy the view!

Safe and secured!
If the event space is secured and the invitations are ready to be addressed, it’s Tipi time! A Tipi installer is waiting to answer any other Tipi rental questions. Most reservations are booked a year or more in advance. A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any Lux Tipi reservation. Please do not assume the Tipis are not already scheduled for use. Contact us at any time for up-to-date availability.
